Styal Lodge Wedding: Kate & Stuart

Kate and Stuart's wedding last September was such a beautiful day! We headed up to Manchester for the weekend and enjoyed a lovely brunch in the sunshine on the Sunday morning with friends. We love how weddings take us all over the country and if we get to see people we love then that is a bonus! The weather was kind to us in September and Styal Lodge was the perfect venue to enjoy the sunshine and the early autumn colours. Kate was a vision, she looked stunning in her classic dress and amazing shoes!

Everything just worked together so perfectly - the reception room was so beautifully decorated and guests had plenty of time to catch up and enjoy canapes in the gardens. Having that time means we can get on with formals and get the chalkboard out without needing to rush people, it's definitely the way to go! I don't usually post pictures of the food, but given that we enjoyed our food outside in the gardens in the warmth and sun it was hard not to! Also, it tasted amazing! Thanks so much to Kate & Stuart for treating us like guests in that respect, it was very much appreciated and it's the first salad Steve has raved about which is really something! Yum!

The timing of this post seems appropriate as I recently sent off their beautiful fine art album. I really enjoyed designing it and I'm thrilled with the end result! I'll post a few pictures when I know they've had a chance to look first ;)
