A preview

I love it when you've had such a nice day, and you have pictures to help you remember. I couldn't wait to share this because it reminds me of the day I've had. It's practically SOOC and I like everything about it. I have a lot of photos to edit :o)

My sister is such a beauty! Hopefully I'll have more of her and some other beauties up in the next little while :o)

There's only one of him...

Yesterday I was taking some pictures of my church small group and so here is steve acting "normally"...

I hope you had a lovely Easter weekend, and that you enjoy the next four day weekend coming up! I would love to be celebrating the Royal Wedding, but I have essays to write. I think we'll have to make patriotic cupcakes on Saturday instead :o)

Sleeping Beauty

I wrote a lot of words today and now I've finished the two long essays I need to write. Just two short ones left. In light of my achievement I thought I'd treat myself to a blog post. Yep, this is how sad my life is right now!

Steve and I were back in Derbyshire this weekend and it was LOVELY. I persuaded kate to lie on the floor and I love how peaceful she looks with pretty speckled light on her face.

This evening I got to spend some time editing - I took one shot and edited it several different ways, it was fun! I like clean and 'slightly better than reality' editing right now, but it's always fun to try out new things. Maybe I'll blog about it another day :o)

 Much love, R.

Oh Sweetness

This weekend we went to see our new nephew Joel. He is so ridiculously gorgeous. So is my husband. Therefore, this photo = all kinds of cute for me :o)

Hope you're having a great weekend in the sunshine!

I'm still here!

Today has been a study party chez Tweeddale :o) Rozi and I made cupcakes yesterday, then we got on to a proper day's work interrupted by hummus and falafel baguettes in the classiest part of Coventry :op

We stepped outside the front door just before the sun was going down and very quickly took a couple of pictures. It was fun. I like being behind my camera again! I think Rozi looks pretty fly in my street (if you ignore the 'To let' signs behind her head... :op)

Just letting you know that I'm still alive :o)
